The Lower James River Golden Retriever Club (LJRGRC) is a member club of the Golden Retriever Club of America (GRCA) and sanctioned by the American Kennel Club (AKC). Our membership area, defined by the AKC, has the focal point of Williamsburg, VA and an extended territory including those communities North from Richmond, Southeast to Chesapeake, and East of I-95 to Interstate 64/264. Our members are breeders, owners, exhibitors, trainers, and judges with a common goal of upholding the breed standard of our beloved Golden Retriever.
